In connection with the integration of the administrations of recently acquired investments, we are looking for a:

Collaborative Team Leader Financial Administration

You will lead a team of 4 financial administrative employees and 2 payroll administrators. You will report to the Group Financial Controller, your location is Milsbeek and it concerns a full-time position.

Your duties:

The function mainly consists of working on the Financial Administration with the following tasks. In addition, you lead the team.

• Invoice processing: receiving, booking and monitoring incoming invoices and checking for completeness, correct procedures and numerical accuracy.
• Communication: informing internal and/or external parties in the event of any deviations identified, supplementing missing data and discussing problems.
• Payment transactions: arranging payments and booking bank transactions.
• Tax return: filing VAT and ICP returns.
• Financial closing: assisting with period closings.
• Reports: preparation of various management reports.
• ERP support: support with the further implementation of the ERP system D365.
