Eddy C.M. Alkemade has ample experience in the World of Mushrooms:For 30 years now he is active in international Marketing and Sales of fresh and (semi-) processed products at a.o. Prochamp, France Champignon and Bonduelle.

• With Euromycel he has created a solid position for spawn “made in France” on the BeNeLux market.
• As a pro-active sparring partner he is coaching mushroom projects, varying from international sourcing of raw material up to market introduction of Organic Champost.

• During de last 3 decennia Eddy has created a multidisciplinary network, on which he can rely for more complexe challenges.
